Delete your Plumvia account
Last updated: September 9, 2026 · Effective: September 9, 2026 · Texas, USA
One Plumvia account covers every game we make. You can permanently delete it, or ask us to remove specific data without deleting it, at any time. This page explains both and what Plumvia (Celerora LLC) keeps.
Delete in the app (fastest)
If you saved your account with an email, you can delete it right in the app:
- Open any of our games and go to its settings — the gear icon on Zigora's main screen, Options in Glyfell.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account and its server-side data are removed immediately.
Haven't linked an email? Your game progress lives only on your device — uninstalling the game removes it — and we hold no email-identified account for you. If you used Friends or Duels, some non-identifying data (a display name, friend entries, daily scores) is tied to an anonymous ID; it doesn't identify you and can be removed on request — just use our contact form.
Request account deletion
Prefer to request it? Use our contact form or email privacy@plumvia.com and ask us to delete the account linked to your email. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Delete specific data (keep your account)
You don't have to delete your whole account to have data removed. Email privacy@plumvia.com or use our contact form, and tell us what you want removed — for example your display name, your friends list, or one game's scores. We'll confirm and complete it within 30 days. Your account and the rest of your progress stay exactly as they are.
What gets deleted
One account, every game. Your Plumvia account is shared across every game we make, so deleting it from inside any one of them removes your data from all of them. It cannot be undone, and the in-game deletion is all or nothing — it does not offer a way to remove one game's data and keep another's.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- your email address;
- your display name and friend code;
- your friends list;
- your cloud save in every Plumvia game you have played — in Zigora that is your level progress, word Collection, tokens, streak, Mystery Duel records, and your Daily Challenge scores on every day you played.
We remove this from our live systems immediately. Any copies in our short-term recovery backups (point-in-time recovery) are automatically purged within 7 days.
What's kept
- Game progress saved only on your device — uninstalling the app removes it.
- Analytics about how the game is played. It is linked to a device identifier rather than to your account, and our analytics provider deletes it on request — ask us and we'll pass it on.
- A friend-list entry held by someone you never added back and never duelled — we can't reliably find those to remove, and they hold no score or name.
- If someone reported your display name, or you reported someone else's, we keep that report so the same name can't simply come back. It isn't shown to anyone else.
